High Fat Diet

A higher dietary fat level, when combined with carbohydrates, can delay fat loss and risk muscle. Always remember that your ONLY goal is FAT LOSS, and although muscle reduction may lower the overall scale reading, it will NOT enhance physical appearance. In fact, muscle loss reduces metabolic rate (the speed at which you burn fat), which is why so many experience lackluster results (and quickly deviate to their original, ineffective diet routines).

A low fat diet with PROPER carbohydrate/protein ratios provides the body with an effective blend of nutrients for consistent fat loss and maximum energy levels.

Remember, weight (fat) loss results from a specific mixture of nutrients, and NOT higher dietary fat content.

The proper cycle of calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat, in addition to effective exercise techniques has led to my 50 pound FAT loss -- when done correctly, results are quick, consistent, and everlasting!
