Lose 20 pounds in 10 days? Become a fitness model in a month? Is this all possible with the purchase of a $799 piece of exercise equipment advertised on late night informercials? By the advertising, you'd believe it was fact, as they have a plethora of great looking models touting the benefits of the costly machinery. Unfortunately, the only weight reduction experienced is on behalf of your wallet, which experiences a significant loss as a result of your investment. Equipment is NOT necessary for consistent weight loss, as you can perform exercises using nothing but body weight (an option we all can access for free). In addition, those promoting equipment avoid focusing on the ever vital diet component (which is far too often the very reason most fail to achieve their goals). IGNORE THE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT HYPE -- no machine provides the permanent weight loss solution. Nonetheless, dozens of exercise equipment manufacturers continue to capitalize on the desperation and confusion of those still searching for an EFFECTIVE, and permanent, weight loss process.
In short -- avoid all weight loss equipment! Remember, weight (fat) loss
results from
PROPER exercise/diet, and NO supposed band-aid (i.e., weight loss equipment)
is a valid substitute. I have
achieved tremendous
success (over 50 pounds of fat weight lost) through proper
food + exercise alone -- when done correctly, the urge for expensive weight loss specific equipment
disappears.
